Send Feedback

Send feedback to 3D Systems for future enhancements and bug fixes.

1. Click Send Feedback.

2. Choose either Feedback Log or Support Request depending on the type of feedback you want to send.

3. Shortly describe the issue or suggestion in Summary.

4. Describe details and steps to reproduce in a clear way under Description. Please add your computer information if it is relevant (OS, graphic card model etc.).

5. Enter your e-mail address under Your Email Address. (Your e-mail address will only be used if we need more information from you.)

6. Select your Region

7. Check Profiler Result to include anonymous system information gathered from the 3D Sprint Profiler. It is important information to troubleshoot bugs or investigate improvements.

8. Check Error Log to include the latest error log information.

9. You can add up to three File Attachments to your feedback.

10. Click Send.
