Miscellaneous Improvements (All Printer Technologies)

New Features

Configurable Reporting

An incremental set of enhancements built upon the original Configurable Reports added in 2025.2.

SLA

Tool Shelling Command

A command for the easy preparation of sacrificial parts with a removed single-face shell that has been replaced with an infill/lattice.

Smart Support Region-Based Workflow

Enhancement set for the Smart Support command that will allow the user to define & support multiple regions of the mesh with differing Smart Support Styles.

The feature adds value by allowing a user well-versed in modifying support parameters to break down complex, monolithic supporting problems into individually addressable scenarios.

ArrayCast - Industrial Casting Stacking

A command for the rapid creation of QuickCast part stacks in polar arrays. The command adds value by increasing speed/productivity in the software and removes a possible need for some external design softwares. The output is highly dense, printer runtime efficient, build files for SLA and PSLA printers with QuickCast-Diamond/QuickCast Array material
configurations.

Miscellaneous Improvements for SLA

Replace Part Command

Command to swap an already-supported part with a new mesh. The result is a supported object. For assisting with iterative design workflows, adding speed/productivity in the software by removing support rebuilding stage.

MJP

Key Improvements

SLS

User Style and Preset Management

Tools to ease style data between multiple devices developed for customer support.

The effort expands what information can be bundled within printer configuration export so it can include total style information (ie: with parameters) and the extended user.db.

Figure 4

Miscellaneous Improvements

View Slice for Projector Systems

The user will have the capability to launch a View Slice mode on projector-based systems such as Figure 4 and PSLA 270.

Results of slicing can be affected by several user parameters that can be manipulated, such as Scale & Offset. The View Slice feature is a valuable late-stage review tool for technical users who wish to validate input before submitting the job to the printer. It assists in closing the engineering feedback loop sooner and faster, to ensure greater successes per each attempted print.
