Assign color to the part's texture, it is possible to color entire parts or shells, or individual regions or faces.
Parts that have been painted will also be able to access the Adjust Color.
Note: Click Simple UI to switch between
the simple and the advanced User Interface. In the Simple UI, only the
tools for minimum workflow are visible.
In Prepare or Print, click Paint.
Select parts to color.
Click Set.
Select tool, Brush, Crease or Fill.
Draw on the part as described below.
Close command.
Brush
Use the brush to draw color on the part.
To resize the brush use the size-panel, or press Ctrl + scroll wheel.
Crease
Use the crease tool to assign color to a face or region (often shown as a single triangle).
Click and drag the mouse up or down to increase the angle tolerance.
Fill
Use the fill tool to color an entire subpart or part with selected color.
You can click on a part to assign it a fill color.
The click and drag action will assign the fill color to all parts in the selected area.
Ctrl + A will assign the fill color to all parts (non-hidden).
Either select color in the color selector, and set brightness. Or use the color picker to pick a color from a part.
Set color manually in the Input Color field. Select RGB or HEX color representation.
All recently used colors are accessible in the Most Recent field.
To clear color and textures that have been applied use the color or texture buttons under Remove.
Note: Colors and texture data from all parts will be removed.
The adjust color command allows you to adjust global part contrast, brightness and color balance for all parts painted parts at the time of application. So parts added and painted after the use of adjust color will not be effected by previous adjustments.

To adjust global part contrast, brightness and color balance:
Have paint applied to one or more parts.
Click the Adjust Color command
Use the sliders to adjust the Brightness, Contrast or Color Channels.
All changes are applied instantly and can be undone using the Undo command.
