Printer Parameters

Supported Printers:

The Printer Parameters command allows you to set the printer parameters as your requirements.

  1. In the Print tab, click Printer Tools.

  2. Click Printer Parameters.

  3. In the Printer Parameters dialog, set the printer parameters as your requirements.

Note: When 3D Sprint is connected to the real SLA 750 printer, value for each parameter is automatically set based on the connected printer and this affects estimated build time and material that can be checked in the Estimate command.

  4. Click Restore if you need to restore the changes to the factory defaults.

Options

Restore and Saving Parameters

Restore - Click to restore any changes to the saved defaults.

Import - Click to import saved parameters.

Export - Click to export changed parameters for later use.

Spot Parameters

Small Beam Width (Min. 1mil - Max. 12mil) - the width of the small focused pulse laser beam that is used to cure material.

Large Beam Width (Min. 20mil - Max. 40mil) - the width of the large focused pulse laser beam that is used to cure material.

Laser Power

Small Peak Sum (Min. 0.1 - Max. 0.2) - a ratio of power distribution that is measured in the small pulse laser beam.

Large Peak Sum (Min. 0.025 - Max. 0.075) - a ratio of power distribution that is measured in the large pulse laser beam.

Max Power (Min. 100mW - Max. 4000mW) - the maximum power that is available to the laser system for printing.

Average Time

Level Time (Min. 0sec - Max. 30sec) - the time required on average per layer to maintain the optimal material height for printing.

Small Spot Profile (Min. 1sec - Max. 10sec) - the time required to measure the spot profile recorded by small pulse laser beam.

Large Spot Profile (Min. 1sec - Max. 10sec) - the time required to measure the spot profile recorded by large pulse laser beam.

Spot Switch (Min. 0.5sec - Max. 10sec) - the time required to change spot sizes when moving from one size vector to another.
