Estimate

View the estimated time and material to complete the print job.

Note: Estimated print time and material usage may differ slightly from the actual values.

In the Print tab, click Estimate.
A dialog with the estimated print time and material usage will appear.

Time Estimation

Estimated print time:

The estimated printing time is displayed.

The estimated printing time is displayed along with the machines Warm-up and Cool-down times.

The Sampling Rate set in the Preferences is displayed. See Preferences to adjust the sampling rate.

Idle time in excess of 10 hours will initiate an automatic maintenance routine at the start of your next print to ensure optimal part quality. Please allow up to 30 minutes for this routine to complete and the print job to start.

Material Estimation

Insufficient material for this print (red color):

Estimated amount of material used values are shown in blue.

If there is insufficient materials for a print, the amount of materials will be displayed in red with a warning.

The estimated material used value is shown.

Estimates for the FabPro 1000 printer will also show the Recommended Tray Fill Level.

Estimated amount of powder required is displayed.
